During summer 2019, the New York City Council gathered stakeholders with property along the Long Island City waterfront to create a unified planning approach to better meet the needs of the community. With Your LIC, four stakeholders – TF Cornerstone, Simon Baron Development, L&L MAG and Plaxall – have come together to work with the community on an open and collaborative process to create a framework for the waterfront.
